According to the research and theories of scientists, it is possible that the sun will die after about 4,5,000,000 years, in a study published in the (Space) magazine concerned with talking about space sciences.


And some scientists added that the problem will start before the death of the sun, as at that time the problem begins with dealing with the old sun, and that this death is caused by the continuity of hydrogen fusion inside the sun, accumulating as a result of these interactions in the nucleus of the element helium.


With all the waste scattered around the sun, it is difficult for the sun to carry out the process of fusion, but the internal weight of the sun’s atmosphere does not change, so to maintain its balance, it must increase the temperature of the reactions that take place inside it, which leads to a hotter core.


As the sun ages, the earth will become uncontrollably hotter, the earth's atmosphere will vanish and the oceans, seas, rivers, and lakes will evaporate, and for a while the earth will look like a flower and lock its inhabitants in a stifling atmosphere full of carbon dioxide CO2. .


And in the last stages, the sun turns into a huge and giant structure of red color called (the red giant) and drains Mercury and Venus, and if the atmosphere of the sun reaches the Earth, it will melt it in less than a day.



And if the expansion of the sun stops for a short period of time, this will not be good for the Earth, as the energy emitted from the sun will be so intense that the rocks evaporate and leave only the dense iron core from the planet.


The increased radiation will lead to the destruction of the outer planets and in the final stages of death The sun repeatedly bulges and deflates and pulses for millions of years and the chaotic sun will push out the outer planets, And it will pull them in strange directions, which may attract them to their deadly rapture, or completely expel them from the solar system. With a lot of heat and radiation flowing, the habitable zone, the area around the star where the temperatures are suitable for the presence of liquid water, and eventually the sun gives up the struggle. Ignoring its outer shell in a series of explosions, leaving the star's core a hot white mass of carbon and oxygen, which is what is known as the white dwarf. Within about a billion years, the white dwarf will stabilize and simply stop after trillions of years.


This faint dwarf will host a new habitable region, but because this star is so cold, that region will be incredibly close, much closer to the sun than Mercury.
